Educational Approach

Every living being possesses an inherent drive toward health, vitality, and growth. However, chronic stress and trauma can disrupt this innate movement, causing us to lose contact with our internal resources. At its core, trauma represents a rupture in connection—both with others and within ourselves.

My approach to teaching about relational trauma—including developmental, attachment, emotional, and intergenerational aspects—centers on bringing relationally into both the teaching environment and the embodied experience of participants. Together, we explore how our own relational patterns and somatic states influence the way we engage with clients and colleagues.
Within this shared field, we become more aware of the parts of ourselves from which we meet others, opening the possibility for transformative and corrective relational experiences. 

These embodied encounters are fundamental to the process of healing relational trauma and restoring a sense of connection and wholeness. 
Therefore, meeting each other on eye level—with openness and curiosity—forms a key part of my approach, creating the conditions for true collaborative learning and healing.
